These are the remotes that currently exist as many of us with backhoes probably have. Are we talking about a second set? Again, I'm confused

The rear remote kit for the CK30 lists for $276.00
But if you bought the tractor from us it would have been automatically included at no extra charge

   / KB2375 assist #43
For you DIY people....the remote kit is very easy to install. There is a second remote valve kit that includes a float position. It stacks on top of the first remote.

Drewl,
That's the setup I have.
If Rick would quit delivering tractors, he could post some prices and PICTURES /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
$276 doesn't sound bad, if it's not too hard to install.

Okay here we go...
Kioti valve, This is the one you have to reach in and screw in or out the valve.
Known to the Kioti world of dealers as a "hose kit" part number 322018 list price $170.00

Kioti rear remote kit part number 322026
list price $276.00
This will allow you to turn on and off the backhoe by the remote lever that will be located by you 3pt. lever.
You will also have the option of using your remotes for other attachments.

Now to the Woods hose kit.... part number 1011447
List price $275.00
This is a hose kit that after you installe it you have to hook the male and female couplers together to complete the flow of hydraulics when the backhoe is removed.

I do have pictures but there are to many to post so if some one know how to post a bunch of pictures in one post I will email them to them and they can post them or I will email who ever wants them.
Wow that is a lot of thems /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Rick,
e-mail some pictures and any installation instructions you may have.
If I get one, probably the Kioti, I want one I can install.
Thanks,
Tom

so...................for $106 that would keep me off my back given the choice at purchase? I see in some pics of other members CK30's , I see a seperate lever next to the rise and fall 3 point lever and have always wondered what that was. Am I understanding this correctly?

and this could have been acomplished without drilling a hole in my fender /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Drewl,
Rick is going to e-mail me the installation instructions.
I believe you are correct about the lever location, next to the 3 pt lever.
Does this contraption add more Hyd outlets on the rear?
If it does, will I have four? If so, what do you do with the existing two? I are so confused /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

This is what you do with the extra remotes (Attached is a picture of my Top and Tilt cylinders).
Once you have it you will never want to be without it..

No no no....
guys your "hose kit" will not do anything for you as a matter in fact you have to remove to be able to install the "rear remotes"

The little yellow lever will go into a slot on the left side of the 3pt lever.

You do not have to modify any thing, it is bolt on.

Yes you are right about the lever, as for the money up front I can't say what other dealers will do but I have been doing this on all of mine lately I don't give the customer a this or that way we just put the remotes on it is just so much more user freindly.

Anytime those two want to get away from you, tell them they always have a place to stay /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif.

Okay, without the rear remotes, one has hoses running from the power beyond outlet on the main valve body. A lever must be turned to allow flow to the power beyond when the backhoe is hooked up.
Putting on the rear remotes, with the lever next to the 3pt hitch, the flow of the fluid is now operated with the lever, not the diverter on the main valve body. No more hunching down to turn the lever on and off.
If I have this right, you're going to put on the Woods hose kit and run it to rear remotes, bypassing again the need for the diverter of the power beyond. Correct?
I have mine running of the PB with hoses running back through the tractor where I then hook up the backhoe and move the diverter lever on my main valve body. A much easier location to access on the CK20. I don't have rear remotes.

Thanks Islandguy, You described the way I do it, was hoping someone had discovered a trick to make it easier, like say a support x inches high or whatever. It's just a tad cumbersome.

As for local installation, I'm sure you are right, but then I'd rather spend a day doing it myself rather than spend $xx/hr for someone else that would have to drive to my location as I don't have a trailer.

So after we have upgraded to rear remotes, what else do we need (and $$) to do Top and Tilt?

David

   / KB2375 assist #59
You will also need a part # 322027 that is a kit to convert single valve to double valve
List is $375.00

Attached is a scanned page from my CK30HST owners manual (please don't turn me in to the copyright folks) I see two additional handles below the three point hitch control. As well as another handle next to it that is absent on my machine. Are all these part of the remote upgrade package? I am getting very confused. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif Do we end up with a gang of four quick connects? What do you do with the existing quick connect? You can see where this is going /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif-melt down- /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif so an A. B. C. explanation would be mighty helpful and much appreciated.
