KB 2365 Backhoe Attacment

Going to look at 2004 KB 2365 for my CK 20. It's on craiglist and would like to know if $2000.00 is a good value if in good shape. Comes with 18" bucket.

If it is in any kind of halfway decent shape than in my opinion the answer is "yes". A new Kioti KB 2465 costs about $6500.

When you look at this hoe, you might want to check the wear on that bottom pin the boom swings on for excessive slop/wear. I don't have any idea what it costs to replace that pin but that might be a good indicator of just how much use the hoe has had.

Also check the valves. The KB2365 had some issues with the control valves which was repairable but cost a few bucks to fix.

I had a 2365 on my CK20 and it was a fine backhoe. No problems at all.

Check bushings/pins for grease etc. I'd even try to grease it fully with my own gun just to make sure all the zerks were operating.

The KB2365 has one safety issue I discovered: don't ever flip the seat up while the tractor is running. The rear of the seat hits the BH joysticks and as I recall (don't ask how I know), it will lift the rear of the tractor right off the ground.
