I have a problem with my engine surging or as they say hunting I changed the ecu and harness also cleaned fuel tank and replaced injectors can anyone help

Air flow meter may be dirty or there could even be a mouse nest blocking air flow. Then check that fuel pump is working for both flow and pressure.
