K62 swap possible?

Hi i have a husqvarna lgt2654. Trans is getting slow. Ive seen a few k62 transmissions for a decent price i was wondering if they will swap out with my k46 without major reworking? Any input is appreciated thanks!

Might I suggest you go with the k66 instead. It’s easier to swap

I headed off any JD potential K46 problems .....by replacing with a SCAG 48" Liberty Z.
I love it!

Im having a hard time finding any k66 trans for sale im finding quite a few k62s though. Sadly i mow to many side hills for a zero turn
