Soooooo, I received my tractor this morning (not sure how to download pictures to the forum) and I went out to my field and immediatly got stuck!!! My property was very wet and very soft (clayish) and now I need to get it unstuck. It is supposed to rain pretty much all week. So, I can't even get unstuck without immediatly getting stuck again. I am totally open for suggestions. I have the back hoe on and the forks.

Don't feel to bad; within a few weeks of getting mine I nearly tipped it over into the 7' wide trench I dug with the FEL. I was filling in the trench and the sidewall gave way. Big pucker factor that day.

It ALWAYS happens when you first get it home LOL. Kind of like your first ding on a new car.

I have a friend coming over tomorrow. He is an excavator and said he will help me/show me how to get it unstuck. I'll let you know how it goes.

Raise the outriggers - won't go anywhere with them down like that! :dance1:

Seriously......if you can't "pull" yourself back a little at a time with the BH, 4WD + Diff Lock won't get you out of the soup, a real long chain/towstrap (28 lbs. Capacity 2 in. x 2 ft. Heavy Duty Tow Strap) to a truck in 4-low will do wonders. I've unstuck mine a few times with just a bunch of chains daisy-chained together then my F150 in 4-low. Just at idle, the F150 is enough extra in combination with the tractor to get it going.

Just don't get your truck stuck too and have two things to recover :)

Thank you for the advice. It rained all day today and it looks like rain for the next several days. I will let it quit raining and dry up a little before I try to get it out and get some work done. I really can't get my truck back there without certainly getting it stuck also. It is very wet, I should not have brought the tractor back there. Hopefully, I will get some pictures of the Kioti when its free at last.

Everything worked out fine. As soon as it starting tipping I dropped the bucket, the right rear tire was off the ground. A learning moment for sure.

IMG_6741-1.jpgGlad to hear nothing was damaged or injured.

I finally got unstuck. My friend came over this morning and worked his magic on the backhoe and I drove the tractor and also use the forks to lift the front tires, used them as skis so they would lift and also allowed the front to skid along while he pulled us around with the backhoe. No video but I took a couple pictures to show how the surface of the field was so soft. Need to let things dry up for a few days and try it again.IMG_6741-1.jpg

So, I went out tonight to start the tractor and mess around with the backhoe and the hydraulics didn't work. Well the backhoe would not lift up. I tried dropping the stabilizing feet and they dropped very slowly and did not push into the ground. The backhoe only would lower, it would not lift. I am hoping this is an easy fix. Anybody have any ideas. Maybe I ruined something earlier ?

Thanks. I need to wait until I can drive it back to the house. Too soft to bring it back for a bath. Now I have other issues..

Remote lever in neutral?

You will probably notice that the tractor is making an uncharacteristic "squealing" sound, which is the relief valve bypassing the oil flow back to tank. And several other weird things.
Check and make sure that the detented rear remote hydraulic valve is in it's center position.

You most definitely DO NOT want let the tractor idle/run in this condition for any significant amount of time!

I commented about this a couple of weeks ago here

So, my grandson was sitting on my lap and of course he has to touch everything within reach (he just turned 2) and he flipped the PTO auto manual switch on the dash. Once I flipped it back to where it was, the backhoe was in full beast mode again. Thank you for the input Jim and Amvcane. Now, I just need my property to dry up a little.
