eBay/Craigslist Just got an email back from Ebay!

They sent links to all of the Ebay rules and policies! Not really a response to "Can I sell the used Yanmar tractor on Ebay that I bought on Ebay?"

From reading some of the links to US trademark and importation laws: I do not see why they would pull any tractor if you clearly state that it is a used tractor and originally intended for use in Japan. It does seem legal to import, own, and sell these tractors as used Yanmar tractors originally intended for use in Japan. Since you are not trying to make it look like you or anyone except Yanmar made the tractors it does not seem like trademark or tradedress infringement to me....

I replied and ask for a better answer!!!

Yes, there have been some gray's being sold on Ebay lately but not near as many as there were a while ago!!! It seems that some still get pulled and I have no idea why some do and some don't!!!
