I gave a 08S away for shipping cost one time. I don't do those and don't collect saws. But have friends that have some like new ones in their collections.

You can pick the 08 and S10 around here sometimes for 50 and up.

Pulled the OEM 046 D cc off the clone G466. Clean the saw up and all looking good.

VPracing oil coats everything like I like to see. 40:1. E-free gas from pump here.

These cylinders bringing good money now days so prob sell it to somone to put on a oem saw. Putting a afm cylinder on the clone.
So on the shelf the sweet running 046 c goes.

Broke down and bought a first year 346xp OE yesterday. Just because it was the first year made 1999.

Owned many OE and NE 346 353 but never the first year.

After a cleaning that it needs so bad and tested and tune it might get flipped to a collector someday.

Even had my favorite plug I used to run back in the day. German made Bosch. So know that has been in there awhile too.

Not that I care much but will be nice for next owner someday. Looking for the early decal for recoil. Clutch cover one still sold.

Ordered these OEM for time being to hold till I can see if repop maker will make the early ones.

The early OE saws used this style. The later NE used another different style.

My OE xpG one shown too and then my xpG NE and just xp one too.

Just air and brush cleaned. Not bad for 25 years. I think the fines and oil preserved it.

I have searched for a 346 for a long time but every time I come across one, they either want a fortune for them or they've already been sold. I have a thing for 50cc and under pro saws.

I used to have them in every way they came. OE NE 346 353, 351.

Even the plastic 350 OE NE. Learned didnt care for those but can be built nice and right.

Even a OE and NE G models.

Just a few of them in past. I started running these after the Partner 5000 series.

Like I think I said. Only bought that one because it was first year saw. I know a collector will want it. If I sell it.

Might have to keep this 45cc 346. I forgot how well they run.

Compared it to my hacked ported echo 490 50cc with 3/4" pipe muffler mod.

The 45cc was right there with it stock and quite as can be. Husky with coil spring antivibe was so much smoother too.

I have a 490 also that I modded and it's a good little saw. I also have the Echo 4910 that I modded the squish and opened up the muffler on. My favorite saw I own and I own a bunch, is my 2511. Love that saw!
