The joystick boot on my RK37HC has more or less disintegrated from the sun and heat. Has anyone had to replace theirs? If so did you order it from RK or find another brand that fit?? Thanks.........

I received the boot yesterday. It was $31.95 plus tax. There's a boot on Amazon for a Kioti that I was looking at that I thought would work if I couldn't get the correct one but when I compare it to the one I got yesterday the height is quite a bit different. The RK boot is 7" tall but the Kioti one is only 4" per the description. The TYM/RK part # is 132015504020 if anybody ever needs a replacement.

I found some silicone CV boots in different colors on Amazon for $25 Just cut them down to fit and they work great.
I saw those before. They wouldn't work in my case. Mine are 2 1/8 inches square at the bottom and slips over the control box rather than just cover the hole the joystick comes through.
Also notice the slit in the side of the cover at the bottom. The little dark rectangle. That is where the joystick lock lever comes through. I think if one of the round boots were cut to make that slit the boot would be weakened and tear. Doesn't really make any difference now anyway since I got the boot and installed it.
