Hi all. Does anyone have any insight into the Joyang Hydraulic Pump that is used in some CK30 tractors? Kioti in NC tells me there are no seal kits for these pumps. My tractor has been out of commission for several months as I try to find seals.

Reach out to manufacturer and ask for seal sizes and maybe you can find elsewhere

I concur with Peter's recommendation. Just in my small town, we have 5 shops that handle hydraulic hoses, hydraulic connections and hydraulic pumps. And don't buy from Kioti due to high price.

That’s what I did to find seal size for my backhoe valve body.
There’s got to be others out there
Also maybe you can buy direct if nothing else

That is exactly how they operate. There are hydraulic cylinders on their machines that have no seal kit offerings as well.

Welcome to owning a Kioti. It cost me $2,000 for a new pump for my DK55 because Kioti does not sell service parts for their tractors and the pump manufacturer would only tell me to contact kioti.

My Kioti is a 2014 CK30 H. At moment it has 226 hours on it.
This all started because the housing of the hydraulic pump is aluminum and I could not keep the bolts from loosening up. Thinking I had a bad seal I pulled it apart - only to find that the company had sent the wrong kit. This happened twice. On second teardown I tore one of the e seals. Here I sit. If this happens to you - put an expensive Timesert in the first time you take the pump out. Lock tight won't prevent the aluminum threads from stretching over time.

Interesting. I have the same year as yours, but almost double the hours, and would like some more info on which bolts that you are talking about so that I can check those bolts on my CK30. Can you add a picture of these bolts or describe in detail which bolts caused the issue for you? Sorry to bother you and hopefully you've got it fixed soon, Dutchy
My pump is at a hydraulic shop for the last few months as they try to find parts or build new pump with NA parts. There are four long metric bolts clamping the pump case together. Two would stretch the aluminum threads in the pump case, possibly as a result of heat expansion and subsequent cooling. If you catch it quickly enough you can insert timeserts into the aluminum or have a hydraulic shop build a new head end for the pump out of steel.

Where are these 4 bolts that you speak of? Are they external so that they can be checked? Has Kioti offered to help you out in any way? Thanks, Dutchy
The four bolts are on the outer flanges of the pump. They can be accessed with some difficulty behind the right loader bracket, below the dash/fuel tank.
