having a problem with my 214, starts fine, after 15-20 mins, it starts to act up, seems to load up, notmuch black smoke, alittle, runs fair at 3/4 throttle.parts i have replaced, coil,carb,points,condenser, in line filter, some wires, clean fuel tank,new fuel lines. cannot figure it out, need help, thnx

Check the vent in the fuel cap --- sounds like it might be plugged up. If it happens again, quickly loosen the fuel cap and see if it doesn't go away.

I have agree it happened to me,take a straight pin an clean out vent hole,it worked for me.
