john deere yellow

If a john deere implement is yellow, is that a heavier implement?

What kind of implement and which John Deere yellow? There's the yellow that complements the green and there's construction yellow seen on excavators and such.

I don't have a model number, the guy selling just said it was yellow instead of the usual green. It's a finish mower.

From what I've seen, Deere finish mowers and snowblowers are yellow. Rotary cutters and just about everything else is green. The newer "7 iron" MMM decks are green. I can't remember ever seeing a green rear mount finish mower /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

The Frontier RFM's are green, but as you said, most JD rear mowers and older MMM's are yellow.

I asked just about that same question of my jd dealer. This was on a 4110 w/a greem mmm. I asked him why it was green and he told me the newer ones come with green now instead of the traditional yellow.
