I'm trying to figure out what can be wrong with my SCV on my 850. I put a model 75 loader on my tractor, I am having problems with the roll function of the bucket. The two levers which control lift and roll feel differnt from each other. I can lift and lower fine. I can roll back fine. I cannot dump. The control valve doesnt feel right. I removed the valve from the machine , and took that plunger out of the valve housing. Everything looks O.K from what I can see. It looks like the plunger will pull out, but won't go in enough to operate the cylinder. A replacement valve from JD cost 875.00. Can these be rebuilt easily? I priced all the parts for that plunger, including a spring and some bushings ect. All for around 20.00. Would I be wasteing my time with this? Should I look for some other culprit? Thanks Steve

I forgot to mention that the roll lever does not move as far as the lift lever. It pulls back, but will not push forward.
