John Deere - Satisfaction First Survey

I have a JD Riding Mower and a JD 3038E tractor. The survey for the $2000 riding mower included a very nice "owners edition" baseball cap. The $17,000 tractor was just a letter.

My only response to JD was "where's my other hat?"

I got a cap and a survey with my lawnmower too. I didnt get anything when I spent 100,000 on a dozer. Haha.

I bought a $3500.00 4wheel steering riding lawn mower no hat, why!!!I bought 5065E with emplemps $31000.00 no freaking hat, why!!! I want a hat.:drool::confused2::ashamed:::why!!!

I received 3 of them shortly after purchasing... One for the 4105, one for the 300CX FEL and one for the D110. No hat though. My dealership sent 'thank you' letters on JD's behalf (included the dealership's eyeglass cleaner as a gift for each response).

I did receive a hat and a lovely JD bomber-style jacket when I bought the 4105. :thumbsup: Very nice.
