Can anyone help, I can't get my stumpjumper off for repairs. Is there a hex screw? special equipment needed?

:welcome:

Isn't there a hole in the deck to access the nut that holds the blades? That same bolt holds the stumpjumper on, I think. Unless they now include the stumpjumper as a one-piece item and it is not separate from the bar.

thank you BEENTHERE
On the picture you attached, items # 8 and 9, I didn't see on my jumper. I did take the bolt/washer on the center of the jumper off and through the hole on the deck I hit the jumper planty but it didn't come loose. The only bolts I am able to see from the hole on the deck are those that attach the blades to the jumper. guess I need to go back and see if items 8,9 are there.

Better get the serial number. There is a break in the parts from MX10X14000 and up. Which side of that number do you have?

I didn't interpret what you stated

. Typo?

Silly question, why do they show the blades being beveled on both sides? Is that cutter hydraulically driven and reversible?

The MX10 is two spindles with blades so maybe a pair can be switched between spindles ?? Maybe Fabian can confirm.

It does have 2 spindles, usually I don't switch between spindles I just sharpen the blades and keep cutting.

I does have hydraulics and they work nice. I don't know exactly what you mean by reversible?

I don't know exactly what you mean by reversible?

If it were hydraulically driven, you could reverse the spin direction of the blades

I didn't interpret what you stated

He's saying he put something through the access hole and tried to beat the stump jumper off
