I have a LX5 and been a while since I sharpened blades and tried to get off blades and they both seam to be locked tight. Applied so much pressure in trying to remove that the breaker bar is trying to bend. 1st want to make sure that when removing nut from top opening that they loosen in a counter clock wise turn. I actually tried in both directions and 0 movement. I used a large breaker bar and with a 3' extension bar. I even put liquid wrench on it and no luck. Any input to get nut off? I even tried a impact wrench.

Nothing in the Parts Catalogue to suggest they are LH thread.
The nuts shouldn't be that tight. You could grind the heads off the bolts and fit new bolts/nuts. (#3 & #5)
or
Remove the Pan and Holder bar and work in a vice with some appropriate 'heat'. easier to cut the nuts if necessary as well.

Your impact wrench should be able to undo the centre bolt. (#7). Raise the unit on the 3ph and use axle stands to support it for safe working. You may have to lie on the ground to work.

Wow! No wonder he can't get them undone. Does your manual give a figure for the centre bolt?
(We don't have these models available down here.)
Thanks BT.

Thanks even the diagram that they show is not easy to follow. Not sure if they are trying to show a left hand or right hand bolt, and nut is too close to the top of bolt to figure out if left or right.
