John Deere Lx188

Can anyone help me. Does anyone have a service manual or a user manual for a LX188. I was unable to find anything on the John Deere site for this model. My father in law passed this down to me and it needs quite a bit of work.

If you just need the engine service manual, it's available free on the internet. If you just want the engine manual (I assume you have the FD501V engine) and can't find it, let me know, I have a copy of it in PDF.

Wow, thanks for all the responses. I will be working on the tractor this weekend. You all are great. If anyone of you wonderful people could email the technical manual and/or owners manual, I would really appreciate it. It might save me from making mistakes that could cost me more money.
