Dealers don't make money talking on the phone. And they are in the business of making money to survive and want your tractor in their shop. Good or bad, like it or not, that is the bottom line. For big customers, likely different from us small ones.

Glad to hear that you have your problem fixed now. Thanks to TBN for the helpful members who chime in for possible solutions and from those that have had the same experience. TBN is priceless.

Yes I am so grateful for the information times are tough right now we have to do everything we can to make our equipment run good and take care of it for the little bit of money that we can get TBN is great a lot of wonderful people on here

Agreed. I used to think I knew everything until I stumbled in here. Now I realize how much more other people know about so many different things. I have learned a lot.
