John Deere ID

I just bought an old tractor mower and I am trying to get a positive ID on it. It has a 17 HP engine, automatic Tuff Torq transmission, and a tool box on the left rear fender that has 325 / 345 listed on a label on the inside lid.

Does anyone know if I have a GT 325 or GT345, or what else to look for to get a positive ID?

Take the serial number to your dealer and they should be able to tell you the model and year of manufacture. Not sure on newer models but on my old 112 the model was part of the serial number.
