Eight photos from tonights John Deere Day 2005 from Bader Bros. equipment in Sandusky, Mi

Nothing new to anybody except the 300x and 300 loaders on display

This was the third JD Day event I have been to, second one at this place.

It was the first close look at the 110 TLB,
pretty impressive, I didn't realize the the fuel tank was where the dash was!

They provided hot dogs and some hot side dishes, dessert, popcorn softdrinks, coffee. Not as generous as the first time (ten years ago) but lots more people.

Btw, where's Bader Bors.? The only Deere dealer that rings a bell in Sandusky is Tri County Equipment. The Deere dealer locator doesn't show them, either.

I am sorry it is tri-county equipment they are also in Marlette, bader bros are in Birch Run, Reese and Saginaw.

Maybe the Sandusky shop used to be a Bader Bros. I stick to Greenias in Almont. Though I bought my 970 from Nolans in Lapeer, I dont care for the place now.

I would have gone to more but forget about them until its too late. Just happened to hear about this one on 660am. Sorry I should have posted it.

No Ron, I dont see any new tractors in my future reality.

I have a friend who likes Tri County. He went to pick up a part at J&D in Bad Axe and started asking about ag equipment. He's a farmer. J&D acted like they had no interest in it. That they seemed more interested in the lawn and garden aspects. So, he went to Tri County and they were more helpful. Actually, I'm going to have to ask him if he went to that open house because I think I seen him in one of your pics. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif He likes to go to events like this.

I just love this picture?? I don't know if they made any provisions for that loader or not but if not "it's an accident waiting to happen".

One has his head turned one direction and the other one has a smile on his face.

Thats the first thing I noticed when I saw the skidsteer buckets up high like that.
I looked for chains coming down from the ceiling or something but there were none. They must have a more secure lock than CUTS regardless I did not go under those, but the CUTs had steel tube supports between the cylinder and rod "T". I was this close to alerting the condition of the skidsteers to somebody. There is always the possibilty of hose rupture..yadda yadda.

It appears that there is a piece of green painted angle iron on the rod end of the cylinder to keep the cylinder from retracting.
