Backhoe John Deere controls to Cat style

in the past we had done this with skid steer backhoe attachments, had to go change from JD to Cat controls.
we ended up re-stacking the valve bodies not just moving hoses, it wasn't a terribly complicated job and the
relief valves stayed with each function.
