John Deere backhoe with cutter bar

I seen a John Deere backhoe Weds and it had a cutter bar mounted on it.I was driving out the highway and it was working on a property lot along the highway,he was not mowing but carrying it in the upright position and it was painted yellow the same as the backhoe.I did not see the model number on the John Deere.
This is the 1st time I have ever seen a cutter bar on a backhoe,anyone else seen one before ?
