john deere 955 speed linkage problem?

Just got back my JD955 from dealer for third time after mid pto seal blowouts. Tractor speed is about half of what it was. Was able to verify because neighbor has JD855 and speed difference was very noticeable between the two. Could this be the result of incorrect hydro pedal adjustment or something else?

Pedal adjustment can be incorrect, but I have to ask, are you sure you are in high range? Dealer may have put in low for loading and unloading on steep truck bed or trailer. DOes the forward pedal seem to be the same height as usual? Is reverse slow also, or only forward?

Reverse was slow also. Ended up tightening the linkage and all seems well now. Thanks for the reply.
