John Deere 4300 Shaking When Engaging HST (forward or reverse)

My 4300 cuts the engine when forward or reverse pedals are pushed, also if I activate PtO for midmower. This all goes away after 30 to 40 minutes of warm up. So, hydraulic fluid change?

What is the history of the 4300? The tranny holds about 7 gallons.

Do you know when transmission fluid was changed? As well, the filter changed and the screen cleaned? Might be that if the fluid was changed but the screen not cleaned that the cold fluid is being held up by a clogged screen.

I noticed un the video, that the reverse pedal was not coming up as the forward was going down. probably something wrong with the linkage in that 1.
