Well I'm totally confused because your JD 830 that has open center hyd's should have open center plug 12C not 12A or 12B which are for closed center hyd systems.

I don't understand this system very well myself Tx Jim, but after the single oring part #14 for #12 was replaced all my rear hydraulics started working normal? When I look at my loader hydraulic layout, it is exactly like this drawing with the three hose hookup and the left line going to the reducer / adapter with the inner oring that was bad? Is this not considered some type of power beyond or weird setup for part, #12? It did have the manifold block you asked about also next to my rear remote hydraulics.
Question,
How would the loader hydraulics, if always open center flowing to tank allow any pressure to build up for the rest of the system. This is where I get baffled. It seems like the loader you wouldn't want to flow to tank while the valves are neutral, to allow some kind of working pressure to the rest of the 3 point hydraulics. Unless my system shouldn't have the three hoses and maybe should be two lines. One pressure and one return. But there are three hoses like the photo below on this tractor. It says open center hydraulic system in the hydraulic picture below. Too confusing with too many options. Lol
My personal knowledge of power beyond hyd's such that your 830 utilizes is limited. It's odd that your tractors loader hyd control valve has open center plug with internal seal similar to closed center conversion plug while open center plug not for 3 rd hose system has no inner seal.
This is the image of the PBY sleeve o-ring and the 3rd hose (PBY) or port connection it came from on the loader control valve. It has been working flawlessly since I changed the o-ring. All the other RS parts I replaced have also helped with the power and speed of lifting.
It was never this responsive before it failed.
You're welcome.
The blown seal in your photo resembles a similar seal I located many yrs ago while diagnosing hyd problems on a 2020 with closed center hyd system that inner seal Had failed on closed center conversion plug
