Tractor
790 John Deere/ Case 580 CK diesel.
Hello, I have a JD 790 with a 419 front loader. I switch between a plow and a bucket. For some reason after taking the plow off the pivot arms won't extend as if you were trying to dump the bucket. I've pulled the dipstick and the tranny/ hydraulic oil appears to be full. I read the manual and it says nothing about troubleshooting the hydraulic system. Could it be the actual controller on the tractor going bad? It always was a bit of a pain to operate. Thanks for your time in advance.

Unhook and re-connect the hydraulic quick connects. If they aren't seated properly, they give all sorts of fits. I think those valves are common leak items but rarely fail.

Thanks Brother! It was a loose fitting, it looked fine until I yanked on it!
