John Deere 750

JD 750 tractor w/67 fel, 2WD, 2000 plus hours...how would you test it out to see if it is worth the asking price.. does have a few leaks on loader and says it has NO power steering, any help would be appreciated

The warnings given could mean big bucks or not so big. Knowing more about the repair bill before buying would make answering the question "worth the asking price" much easier.
Where are the leaks on the loader? Some pics might help.

leaks are at the point of hydraulic pistons but not too bad, no pictures but comes with 4 attachments, finish mower, boom pole, bush hog and box blade...asking 5800.

The question to ask yourself is "what will be my primary tasks?" If just mowing/brush cutting, that might be a decent deal. If you intend to do much loader work, you're not going to like 2WD and no power steering (does that mean no power steering installed? or is it broken?).
