John Deere 650 Value

I do not know too much about tractors or farm equipment that is why I came here I guess. I need to know the value of a 1981 John Deere 650 Lawn tractor. The tractor has 4100 hours on it, it's 2wd, has the 3 point hitch, and comes with a land pride 60 inch finish mower that's about 4 years old. I would like to know the value of this please and thank you. God bless

You can search for similar models for sale on the Internet on tractorhouse.com or similar sites. I'd say maybe $3k to $4k depending on condition. Three years ago I paid about $5k for a '83 JD750 with 450 hours in excellent condition, along with 60" bush hog and rear blade. My tractor had much lower hours and is the next size up in the line.

I dealt on a 1980 650 a few years ago. It was 4WD with under 2,000 hours on it and came with a belly mower. They were asking $4500. I thought it was a bit too much and ended up buying another tractor.
