John Deere 6420 Diagnostic Codes

I'm getting codes 306060 and 306055 error messages. John Deere refuse to come out to my farm and look at the problem, but won't give me the meaning of these codes. As I'm a diesel fitter, I'd like to fix these problems myself but as they won't give me the code meanings, I'm in a bind as I can't get my tractor fixed. Does anyone know what these codes mean? I appreciate your help. Glen

I have a 4520 and in the operator's manual have a list of error codes.
only not the numbers you have mentioned.
Wonder why the dealers will not give you a code number.
Mine wants to remind me the right turn signal bulb is not working on the ROPES.
And just reseat the bulb all is good again. Code #60
Tractor never gets on highway.

From the US 6420 owner's manual codes for EPC, Electronic PowrQuad Controller:
306060.31 = ECU or BCU one or both not sending data (engine speed)
306055.31 = Come Home Mode Activated.

Not sure why the .31 on the US codes, but I 'd check for an engine speed sensor failure.

Come home mode, might be a "limp mode" to get tractor out of field and into shop?
