John Deere 5200 $$

What is a John Deere 5200 2wd with 689hrs on it worth? It has draft and rear rear remotes. Orignal owner might be selling it and it has been in the barn since he bought new in 1993.. I have used it several times and it runs like a top. It does have a 6ft rotery cutter, not sure what brand but is also like new. I would guess $8,000?
