John Deere 52 loader

Recently purchased a 755 with 52 loader and am trying to repack one of the cylinders that leaks just wondering when you remove the retainer ring do you tap the end cap back in a little or should everything pull straight out??

Pretty sure that one just pulls out. The ones that have to be pushed on have another internal snap ring in the barrel and I don't see any in the parts book
