John deere 5103 3 point stuck

Tractors been sitting for a couple years and I can’t get the 3 point arms to go down they are stuck up. Front loader works great. Any ideas? I’ve removed the valve shown in pic and no help on dropping

I really like your blurb in your signature line, we think alike on that subject but I just use Dan Bongino's often said line.... Republicans may be a problem but democrats are your problem...

None of those are really helping much they have the old style valve with the three Alan heads I do not. I think what I pictured is the RAte of drop valve but unsure what I’m looking for when disassemble there’s no rust or anything
