John Deere 4700

I have a John Deere 4700 and the three point hitch will lift but will only drop half way it was fine until I raised it last night while cutting with bush hog. Does anyone have any suggestions? Checked fluid everything else works forward reverse 4 wheel drive.

If you were actually cutting brush, there might be a limb wedged in somewhere, which is restricting the linkage to move full travel. ??
