I have a busted radiator hose and bent fan blade. Question is how does front grille come off to get t it?

Post a pic of your grille and the bolts to remove can be pointed out.

Or go to jdparts.com and put in the model 450c and the grille parts show up, along with the fasteners.

Is there a blade or a loader on yours?

Removing frt grill will not help you access fan or rad hose.
