john deere 4300 loader issues

i have a jd 4300 that the loader settles down quite fast iknow its not the lift seals , i want to check the load check valve but there is 3 of them, which one is for loader lift cylinders?

The one that operates when you move the lever back and forth. You could switch hydraulic hoses with the bucket outlets and see if anything changes.
