John Deere 425 transmission issue

Hello, I have a John Deere 425 and over the last year or so I have noticed that the transmission slips when I transition from forward to reverse and back. The slipping gets much worse when the mower is running. Any ideas or comments appreciated

Have you changed the filter and fluid on the transaxle? I believe this an every 250 hours maintenance item.

Is the transaxle full of oil?

Hi, yes and I change it more than regularly. I also added a thread under JD lawn garden tractor group which I didn't know existed until the other day.
