john deere 4230 remote port

Does anybody know what size or style the factory remote port is for a 73 JD 4230? I know its different than what my tag along harrow is and that's about all I know. Looking at the fittings to make an adapter or something and there seem to be so many different styles and sizes, it's a little overwhelming. Any help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!

This is the type hyd fittingg you need for a 4230. You'll need to know what type hose threads(orb or npt) & size

Thank you so very much. That helps me out tremendously. Is there an industry standard now as far as coupler size and type or at least the most common..? I've heard of pioneer style fitting

Remove the QD you want to keep and take it to a hyd supplier and match it up.

Either keep the QD on the tractor or the attachment.

Pioneer style(ISO) male tip will only fit if an ISO kit has been installed in the breakaway coupler of the 4230
