John deere 310 steering locking up

What is the presure setting on a 310D prioraty valve (presure relive valve)?

I don,t know right now, i had looked it up in my repair manual last spring, i only used it to bury a couple of dead farm animals then it has set all summer, I Did drain all the hyd oil and removed the inside screen which was pugged all up with junk, Hopefully when i get around to putting new oil in it, it will act better, if not i will get it someday when i have time, Thanks
