John Deere 3032e Hydrostat Problems

I've got a 3032 about 3 years old with 135 hours. My problem, when I use the hydrostat pedals and release to slow down the hydrostat doesn't immediately respond, rather keeps moving forward for an extended period of time. Reverse is worse, I have to gently push the forward pedal to get the tractor to respond. With the tractor not running push either pedal and neither forward or reverse will return to the neutral position. Lookin for suggestions, any help appreciated.

Look for an obstruction that is stuck in between... maybe a stick.
If none, get some lubrication in the moving parts areas. Should solve the problem.

Thanks for the heads up! No stick, I must admit I was a little skeptical on lubing simply because I inspected all the linkage and it shined like new. Checked with my JD dealer and they told me the linkage was out of adjustment - not likely, they also said to grease the fittings. I crawled under the tractor and looked for grease fitting in or near the linkage - no luck. After not finding any fittings I got my WD40 and literally soaked each moving part on the linkage and this fixed the problem. Thanks for replying!
