Well i just traded my 2025r for a 2032r. The engine speed on the 2032r is rated at 2500rpm if i run it at 2650 max will it hurt the engine after a while or is it like a lawnmower made to run at full throttle? I have always tried to stay around the rated rpms but i wasn't sure. Thanks for the help

also on yanmars website for the engine 3TNV88 it says 35.9 hp at 3000 rpm

The rated speed is to get the rated PTO rpm (i.e. 540). Tractor diesels can't be "over reved".

When I drive the tractor to my house to do work it takes 30 min. I have no other way to get ot there.
