John Deere 1020 with poor hydraulic pressure

The high pressure pump looks like it has two inlet lines. I want to check the pressure coming to it. I think the pump in the back of the tractor is weak as it takes a little bit for pressure to build and it drops or looses pressure when using my bucket.

How long since hyd filter was changed & sump screen checked/cleaned??

Does your tractor have a lever between the 2 gear shift levers?

On my tractor it is on the left side under the front on the seat. It moves forward to engage. There was some changes between our model years. If not I can find out where it is.

The pto clutch may be stuck if your tractor has the dual stage type pto clutch. The photo shows the pto control lever you refereed to.
