Backhoe Jinma 354 Jw-03 Backhoe problem

Thanks for the post and finding those busted "O" rings.
It's encouraging to me, since my wife's Jinma has a couple bad valves on it.
I've been procrastinating in taking them completely apart to look for the damage.
One question in that last photo, there was no hole in the red circle on the mating half. What was all that about? No hole needed there or is it missing?

the last piece is the relief valve body so it doesn't have all the hole they other have. but there is alot of O-Ring inside those pieces and in mind they had alot of black residue that needed cleaning, it was a good thing for me to do and i have learn how it work at the same time

I've found that the important part is to have 3 or 4 left over pieces once you are finished putting it back together that way you get more training on how to repair stuff :D ;D

Mine (JW-03 also) is going to need new parts pretty soon, hoses ect. I've put probably 30+ hrs use on it around the farm and a good bit of it was hard abusive work as anything below 30" is a hard packed gravel layer left over form the last ice age
note: (I live on top of a gravel mountain left by the glassier that made lake Erie.) roughly 1000' above valley floors where they (glassier) pushed and retracted back & forth there is a series across the top of Ohio PA and such where they dumped the spoils from Erie & Ontario.. as a nice added fun there are large round granite boulders usually packed close together under ground where they were left lay. the LAST use I ran into a bunch in the 24" dia range that were right in the middle of my trench!

As a result I've twice now broken rod ends off the hyd cylinders from beating/banging on the rocks left there. I've simply welded them back on with a better weld than factory job was done. I have 1 more to FIX when I break it lol. but have a replacement rod end for it as I broke one of the rod ends in half & had to make a NEW rod end so I made 2 while I was at it ;) the one rod end was a real mess I split it in half so I had to replace it completly by cutting end off & welding on NEW end...

I also found that you can bend lines easily on them if not careful when retracting boom up and having the storage pin in that spot that appears to be there to hold it (two holes that hold boom UP in transport and 2 more higher up that I thought was storage for it!>) why they did that I'll never know lol

Thanks for the help
Problem was 2 busted O-ring on the center part of the relief valve
here some picture of the relief valve (parts are place in order)
and some of the valve body

PS the picture I am referring to is in post 10 left picture.

I know this is a old post but this is the exact problem I am having. I got the PRV apart except the upper piece which in the left picture is the #7 part on top row - it is the one the check valve seems to sit on which is 4th from right on top row. Question 1. is this channel straight all the way thru. I see a lip in there from the top but not sure if its cut in there or recessed in the part I am trying to remove. Have tried light taps but not sure how hard. And the lower Oring is broken - sure thats the problem but want to check the one up top also.
All these threads on this matter have been informative - Thanks
