Regardless of what tractor you go with, double clutching is not hard to learn once you practice.
And don't forget, this is a tractor, not a small car. It takes quite a bit to bog down the engine enough to stall it.
If you are that concerned, practice for a few days before you go out and mow. But the bush how/mower won't explode if you drop the RPM to make the turn. If you arn't happy with the cut quality in the turn, go over that section twice, once horizontal, once vertical.
When you get to the end of your vertical strip, disengage everything, slow down, turn around. And go again. Then do the part you skipped going horizontal.
