Jinma 284 diff lock won't disengage

Thanks for the update. Like the fix. The foamy oil is often due to water in it if brownish. If you had been running it could have been air but do not think that would change the color of the oil. kt

I think the oil probably did have some water in it, was brownish yellow, replaced it with 10/40 diesel engine oil for now to try and get the diff lock loosened up

I just had the same thing happen. I was able to reach down and pull the pedal back up with some effort.

Lubed up the linkage and the rod where it passes through the floor and it now works freely.
