Tires Jinma 224 Ag tire pressure?

Hi, I have a Jinma 224 4x4 with ag tires. The rear tires say 250 KPa cold max and the front say 450 Kpa cold max. If I am calculating correctly, this would be approx 36 PSi in rear and 65 PSi in front. Can someone confirm this?

That sounds awfully high to me.
On my Jinma 284, I run the rear at 16PSI and the front at 28PSI.

Yes, your conversions are correct. But I think those figures might be for sealing the beads against the rims or some such thing. And besides, those are maximum figures. Your owners manual should specify recommended tire pressures; which typically convert to 28PSI front and 16PSI rear
