Thanks guys. I just put another 3 hours this morning in on the PT backfilling dirt and stone behind the wall. I'm going away on vacation this week and would like to have the back fill level with the top of the wall and compacted before I go. Then I can continue with the remaining rows when i get back.

Here's a dandy little compactor that I picked up at Harbor Freight. With a in-store special, and the fact that it was a return, it ended up costing me $269.00. With all the landscaping wall work I am going to be doing, I couldn't resist.

On the airplane, yes, I will be documenting the complete build process as well as a series of videos documenting testing and flight. I actually well ahead of what the web site shows, but I just started on that and will be catching up over the next month.

I should have it ready for testing by late November.

Hey, it has been a while since I was working on my wall project. Finishing my airplane, and landing myself in the hospital with Atrial Fibrillation. That kept me down for a while, but three months ago I finally got the go ahead from my doc for some more strenuous physical activity.

So, I decided to finish what I started. First, a little support from my grandchildren...

Building it up slowly. 150 feet of stone wall; gravel, back fill, top soil, and conduit.

And the final wall, with grading, grass seed. All I need to do is wire the lights.

I have had Afib for three years. I have a pace maker and medications. It works well for me. I met a woman whose father was on his third pace maker at 105 years old.
