Hello All again,
Another Newbie question. I have been reading the posts and saying that the hydraulics will not work if the PTO is engaged, Is this how I read this? How do I raise and lower my bush hog if this is the case, also, can I use my 3 pt. hitch and loader at the same time?
Thanks and sorry for the silly questions
Rick

The PTO does not stop the hydraulic's, you can use the 3 PTH and FEL at the same time. The only Chinese tractor I know of that the hydraulic's quit is when you push the clutch all they way down, thats on a Kama and TS not on a Jinma

I have a KAMA 554. The hydraulics do not quit when you push the clutch in. The hydraulic pump is engine mounted.

For almsot 2 years, we have imported the KM with engine mounted hydraulic pumps (couldn't get both engine pump and remotes till then). The TS has been rear mounted all long. It is very easy to get in the habit of using the 2 stages of the clutch properly and it creates no problems in use. The drive for the rear mounted pumps has proven to be very reliable. while we have seen a couple of drive gears on the engine driven pumps fail on Jinma 200 series (not many but a couple). It also relieves the engine of the load of the hydraulic pump during starting if the clutch is fully depressed. I have had no user complaints about the rear pump on the early KM or on the TS series.
