Jenma 254 fluid change

I just bought a Jenma 254. Can I use a universal oil for the hydraulics and transmission/axel gears.I see Rotella has one.Also looking for filter conversion numbers to name brands. Iam also looking for a service book any direction here would be great. My power steering cylinder is leaking suggestions on removal and rebuild info. Help!!
