JD955 Top Link

Hi I would like to know the proper length of the top link on my JD955. My top link bent and the blade got stuck all the way up (my fault for trying to push instead of pull some dirt). My neighbor stopped by and told me my top link was too long. But, that is the link the came with the tractor.

You can buy any adjustable CAT-1 top link for your machine at any Farm store or Farm co-op store. This is a widely common part for the past 80 years.

For the most part, many are black, gray, red or even JD green in the aftermarket too.
