2stage clutch stuck cant shift cant change gears have split trannsmission from motor how can i unstick clutch?
Tranny is not removed all the way hoping i could unstick it without removing all the way

You've done the hard work splitting the tractor. Unbolt the clutch assembly and do the job properly.
With it dismantled you can check and renew, as necessary, the seals, bearings and sleeves.
Find out what is causing it to stick... Or do you want to have to split it more than this once?

It happened about 15 years ago it was due to moisture
Owned it since 1986 im thinking about replacing the clutch has 3500 hrs have to see its condition 1st. As to parts worn out.
No i dont want to split it again.
Question 2 stage clutch needs a 2 step alignment and 2 alignment splines?
Never done a 2 stage before any specific trade steps to preventing a headache?

What happened (if you can remember that far back)? did you drive into a lake??

If you want to keep the tractor yourself, then rebuild the clutch properly.
3500 Hrs ... Do it properly now and you won't be splitting it again for another 3500 Hrs.

I don't have the manuals or specs but, yes, you need alignment mandrels. You can fashion these out of dowel or broom-handle wood. Make up any diameter deficit by wrapping insulation tape, evenly, around the wooden dowel to build it up to the required diameter. (For both Spigot and Splines).

You might want to store the tractor when it will not be used for a long time with the clutch pedal blocked down to prevent sticking again
