Looking at buying a used JD 855 nearby. Tractor will be primarily used for mowing and light loader work. What do I need to look for? Were these tractors worth a darn or should I bite the bullet and buy a new JD or NH?
My brothers each have 755's, and I currently have a 955, so, we've got your 855 bracketed. Ours have been superb. Don't know that we've ever had any problems, other than some hose replacements.
